Returns Policy
Unwanted items
If within 10 days of ordering you are unhappy with your item/s you may return then to us at your own cost. Item/s must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Any postal charges incurred for the return of the goods cannot be refunded.
Under the distance selling regulations act, you have the right to return your goods within 7 days of receiving the order for a full refund. Urban Attitude will not be held accountable for the collection of goods, in such a case this must be arranged and paid for by yourself, the customer.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, but before it has been received then you will be liable for the initial postal charge.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item/s from us, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and return to us at the address below and we will arrange a refund or replacement and credit postage.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for goods in transit whilst being sent back to us. Please obtain proof of posting (Recorded Delivery) from your post office.
