Can I order over the telephone?
You can place your order with us over the telephone aswell as online. Please call 0845 60366862. Our opening hours are 9am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Where is my order?
Items are sent 2nd class recorded post and take 3-5 working days to be delivered. Next day deliveries are delivered the day after the purchase is made, or the following Monday if ordered on Friday and over the weekend. If there are any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact us one 0845 60366862. Please leave a message when calling out of hours. Our opening hours are 9am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
I am an international buyer. Why is the amount on my card statement different?

Why isn’t my item available?
Our stock availability is automatically refreshed on the website every 30 minutes and we always try to show the most accurate stock available. If there are any problems with an order you have placed, we will contact you by phone or by email.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, as long as the item is unused and returned in the original packaging, you can return the item (s) by post. Please note that delivery charges can be refunded only if the postage is above £5.
