Our office hours are 9am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
Orders may be made through our website or by telephone on 0845 6036862.
Standard delivery on our products is 3-5 working days.
All purchases are packed and despatched once payment has been received.
You can cancel your order before it is despatched by contacting us within 12 hours of the purchase so that your are not charged.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, but before it has been received then you will be liable for the initial postal charge.
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards(We do not accept American Express).
All items come with a 10 day money back guarantee if you are at all dissatisfied (subject to being unused and returned in original packaging). Please note we cannot refund postage and packaging charges in this situation.
Any faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
We cannot be held responsible for any further delivery or custom charges incurred once the goods have left our premises.
The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.
